Job Description

Plan product training for VBAs, Sales Team, Retail Team of entire state as well as HO team.

Prepare NPL Training Plan and do the follow-up on planned vs actual as well as quality of training. Prepare training standard for each NPL and prepare the report of each NPL.

Plan, design paper and conduct internal knowledge checks for NPL as well as monthly assessments

Plan route training after coordinating with all Zones (ZTMs, CRT and ARMs) with specific plan and target on weekly/monthly and quarterly basis. Also prepare content as and when required.

Keep track of budget utilized for various product training and plan for half-yearly/yearly training budget

Plan and prepare for vivo India knowledge checks and ensure excellent performance of State.

Design one-pagers, comparison charts and objection handling document/videos for understanding of team.

Conduct TTT for trainers based on product and technology.

Circulate information regarding products/competition/recent advancements

Visit zones periodically and understand gaps in knowledge and training methods by visiting different markets and meeting team and VBAs

Collect all data for training conducted in zones and publish reports.

Skills Required:

a. Excellent command of smartphones including specification and recent advancements in technology (both vivo and competition brands)

b. Excellent Training delivery skills

c. Ready to travel frequently and open to communicate with all team members

d. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

e. Strong command over English Language and proficiency in creating content for various training.

f. Time and Team management ability.
